Withdrawal Form

If you wish to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day withdrawal period, simply fill in and confirm this form.

If you withdraw within the period, you lose access to the product and we refund your payment. This doesn't apply to digital content if, when ordering, you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Article V(5) of our Terms and Conditions). For memberships, the 14-day money-back guarantee under Article IX(10) applies regardless.
