(hereinafter the “Seller”)

The Seller offers two separate membership products: Lydka SAIL and Lydka BOAT (hereinafter the “membership”). The basis of the membership is the availability of the AI language mentor ALMI SAIL or ALMI BOAT, depending on the type of product purchased. These Recurring Payment Terms supplement the Seller’s Terms and Conditions, in particular Article IX. In the event of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions prevail.

Automatically Recurring Card Payments

  1. The Buyer pays the price of the membership by payment card through the Stripe payment gateway. All prices are stated in US dollars (USD).
  2. The Buyer is entitled to purchase a membership for a period of one (1) month, six (6) months or twelve (12) months. The price of the membership is payable in a single payment in advance by online payment by payment card, and the membership is activated at the moment the payment is successfully processed.
  3. If the Buyer purchases a monthly membership, the price of the monthly membership is charged every month until it is cancelled by the Buyer.
  4. After the prepaid period of the membership (1, 6 or 12 months) ends, the membership automatically changes into a monthly membership with a monthly price corresponding to the average monthly price of the purchased package. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that, from that moment, the monthly subscription will be charged and invoiced every month, with the relevant amount automatically deducted from the payment card with which the first payment was made, or from another payment card designated by the Buyer.
  5. An amount for a further period of six (6) or twelve (12) months is never charged automatically, even if the Buyer chose this type of package. Only the monthly price under the purchased package is ever charged automatically.
  6. Payment card data is not made available to the Seller; it is processed exclusively by the payment gateway provider, which meets the requirements of payment industry standards (PCI DSS). The Seller only receives information about the result of the payment.
  7. The Buyer is informed of each automatic payment by an invoice sent to the e-mail address provided in the order.
  8. If the relevant amount cannot be successfully charged to the Buyer’s payment card, the Seller will make two further attempts at payment. If these attempts are also unsuccessful, the subscription will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation of the Subscription

  1. The Buyer is entitled to cancel the subscription at any time:
    a) by sending the command “/stop” in the chat with the AI language mentor ALMI SAIL or ALMI BOAT (depending on which version the Buyer has purchased), or
    b) by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. To help us find the membership quickly, please include the order or invoice number and the e-mail address used for the order.
  2. Cancellation of the subscription takes effect after the end of the period for which the membership has already been duly paid and activated. No further payment is charged after that, and the Buyer keeps access to the membership until the end of the period already paid.
  3. The Buyer has no entitlement to a refund for a period that has already been paid and during which the Buyer had access to the membership. This does not affect the Buyer’s statutory rights.

These Recurring Payment Terms come into force on 20 October 2026.
